Returns

Not right? You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt. You may try it on, as in a shop. If the item has been worn or washed, we may deduct the loss in value.

How it works

  1. Click the button below. Enter the Track & Trace number of your order (in your shipping e-mail) and your postcode, and choose what you are returning. You receive a return label by e-mail right away.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop the parcel off at a PostNL point.
  3. Once we have received the item, we refund the amount within 14 days to the payment method you used. This is usually faster.
