Returns

Not right? You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and unwashed, with labels and packaging.

How it works

  1. Click the button below. Enter the Track & Trace number of your order (in your shipping e-mail) and your postcode, and choose what you are returning. You receive a return label by e-mail right away.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the label and drop the parcel off at a PostNL point.
  3. Once we have received and checked the item, we refund the amount within 5 working days to the payment method you used.
