Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following definitions apply:
- JustisClothing: the trade name of Justis Clothing, established at Kloesenkamp 3, 7591 WN, Denekamp, The Netherlands
- Customer: the natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with JustisClothing
- Products: the garments and accessories offered by JustisClothing
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between JustisClothing and the customer.
Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed in writing.
3. Offers and orders
All offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise. JustisClothing reserves the right to change or withdraw offers.
An agreement is concluded after JustisClothing confirms the order by email.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise.
JustisClothing reserves the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 working day. JustisClothing ships worldwide. Shipping costs are €6.95 within the Netherlands, €11.95 to other EU countries and €19.95 to the rest of the world, and are shown at checkout.
For shipments outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are not included in the price and are borne by the customer.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify JustisClothing via Justisclothing@outlook.com.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, including labels and packaging.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
7. Payment
Payment must be made via the payment methods available on the website.
In case of late payment the customer is in default and JustisClothing is entitled to charge statutory interest.
8. Warranty and conformity
JustisClothing guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and the requirements of soundness and usability.
Defects found within 6 months of delivery are presumed to have been present at delivery.
9. Liability
JustisClothing is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential loss, lost profit, missed savings and damage due to business interruption.
JustisClothing's liability is limited to the amount of the order.
10. Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements between JustisClothing and the customer.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where JustisClothing is established.
11. Changes
JustisClothing reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes apply from the moment of publication on the website.
